Threads · frames that share a colour
A living archive of one Pinterest account, restricted to what she actually shot. Twenty-three frames, no borrowed images. The reel never ends: it loops, so there is no last picture.
Every frame is tagged with the colours in it. Colours connect frames into threads. Follow a thread from a dossier, or step back and look at the whole constellation. When new pins appear on the account, they slot into the loop.
Grey is the base. Colour shows up as a nail, a lip, a lamp.
Most frames are shot at dusk or under one bulb. Faces half in shadow.
The phone is always in the picture. Honest, not staged.
